From requirement to delivery, in seven stages.
Every project — whether it’s a private-label run of V2 or a from-scratch ODM monitor — moves through these stages. Each stage has a defined deliverable on our side and a decision point on yours.
Requirement Discussion
We map out target market, certification needs, feature priorities, volume range, and timeline. The goal is to understand what success looks like before any quote.
Product & Engineering Proposal
Detailed engineering plan — base platform, customizations, BOM tier, tooling needs. Quotation, schedule, and a clear definition of what “done” means.
Prototype / Sample
EVT samples produced and shipped. For ready models with cosmetic changes this is fast. For ODM, it includes ID, mechanical, PCBA, and firmware on the first round.
Testing & Optimization
Reliability, RF, audio, drop, environmental. Your feedback round, our internal QA. Adjustments rolled into a DVT build before any tooling lock.
Branding & Packaging
Final packaging artwork, manuals, inserts, warranty cards, accessory composition. Sticker placement on the product. Region-specific adapter selection.
Mass Production
SMT production, final assembly, 100% functional test, packing. PVT pilot run for first orders. Real-time updates from project management.
Delivery Support
Final inspection, certification documentation handoff, shipping method coordination (sea, air, courier), customs paperwork support.
